SDREIC was formed to promote networking, learning, and deal making among San Diego real estate investors. If you want to buy, sell, flip, rent, lend, etc., this is your club!
We are an investing group that is member driven by investors and volunteers from the Real Estate, Financial, and Technology fields.
Our mission is to Promote an Inspiring and Supportive Real Estate Investing Community where Members can Expand their Knowledge, Create Lasting Connections, and Take Action to Achieve Success.
We welcome all levels of experience. Our periodic meetings feature an expert speaker at every meeting. We also hold special events, such as foreclosure or fix and flip home tours.

Gregg Watkins, Investor/Broker
Gregg Watkins has a 20-year profile of success as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Investor and Entrepreneur. Gregg is the Founder of Watkins Realty Group, a full-service real estate company, dedicated to providing exemplary services to residential clients throughout San Diego County.
Gregg has exhibited a high level of expertise, integrity, and professionalism in negotiating hundreds of real estate transactions, including real estate investments, traditional sales, short sales, probate sales, and trust sales.
Since 2008, Gregg has been working with fellow real estate investors to locate distressed single family homes to acquire, renovate,
and re-sell for a profit.
Gregg is also a well-respected and State-credentialed teacher in Real Estate, Finance, and Business. For the last 8 years, he has been teaching students at North County Adult Schools.
